Refund Policy

At *Twara Hair Ayurvedic Oil*, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

## Returns

Due to the nature of *Ayurvedic personal care products, we do **not accept returns* for opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

A return request may only be accepted if:

* The product received is *damaged, **defective, or **incorrect*
* The product packaging is tampered with at the time of delivery

Customers must report such issues within *48 hours of delivery* by contacting us with *clear images/videos* of the product and packaging.

## Refunds

Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

* Wrong product delivered
* Damaged or defective product received
* Order cancelled before dispatch

Once approved, refunds will be processed within *5–10 business days* to the original payment method.

## Cancellation Policy

* Orders can only be cancelled *before dispatch*.
* Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

## Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will *not* be applicable in the following cases:

* Change of mind after delivery
* Opened or used products
* Incorrect address provided by customer
* Delays caused by courier services
