Refund Policy

At Twara Hair Oil, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic personal care products, we do not accept returns for opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

A return request may only be accepted if:

* The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
* The product packaging is tampered with at the time of delivery

Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us with clear images/videos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

* Wrong product delivered
* Damaged or defective product received
* Order cancelled before dispatch

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

* Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
* Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

* Change of mind after delivery
* Opened or used products
* Incorrect address provided by customer
* Delays caused by courier services
